Registration Rules and Guidelines

• Registrations are to be submitted and only accepted through our Shakti4Kids website.

• Upon registration, there is a registration fee of $25. It includes and covers the filing and profile creation for every kid, and two S4K T-shirts for the summer camp.

• Last Minute Registration (LMR), after deadlines and up to three days before the day of attendance, will be subject to 15% additional fees of the total amount to pay.

• Last Minute Meals (LMM) selection, less than three days before the selected date of the meal package start, will be subject to an additional fee of $8.

• We might not be able to take registrations three days before the intended 1st day of attendance.

• Registrations are only confirmed after payment three days after online registration, otherwise the registration will be cancelled and a new form needs to be submitted.

• Dates Of Attendance need to be filled in the form, along with the Meal Options, Transportation Arrangements, Insurance, or any other needed information as per the registration form, therefore we emphasis on the parents to take their time filling the registration form and make sure to mention all the required and needed information.

Cancellation & Refund Rules and Guidelines

• Cancellation requests are non-refundable.

• Parents will be credited the amount of their selected and/or active packages to be used within an extended period of one week of the previous registered and booked period and dates.

• Remaining balance after the end date of the event, program, camp, workshop, or any kind of activity, cannot be carried on or used on any other future event, program, camp, workshop, or any kind of activity, organized by Shakti Wellness and/or Shakti4Kids.

• Packages and Meals Plan are non-transferrable from one camper to another.

Illnesses & Pandemic Policies:

Eligibility for refund are only under the below circumstance:

• Government enforced national lockdown: Full refund of remaining unattended days.

• If a child is unwell: Replacement of missed days only (subject to availabilit): No refund

Photo & Video Use Policy for Promotional Content

• Marketing Materials: Flyers, brochures, and other printed or digital graphics.

• Respectful Content: All photos and videos will be reviewed to ensure they depict children in a respectful and positive manner. No content that could harm or disrespect the child will be used.

• Secure Storage: All media will be securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.

• No Personal Information: We will not disclose any personal information such as names, addresses, or contact details without explicit consent.

By registering your child for any Shakti4Kids event, you acknowledge and agree to the following photography policy:

• Group Photos and Videos: We reserve the right to share group photos and videos that feature your child.

• These images may be used in our promotional materials, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, stories, posts, reels, our website, professional videos, flyers, and other forms of graphics.

• Individual Photos and Videos: We also reserve the right to share individual photos and videos of your child. These images may be used in the same promotional materials as group images.

• Privacy and Safety: We prioritize your child's safety and privacy. Rest assured, we will not share any images that are disrespectful or could potentially harm your child in any way. No personal information will be disclosed without prior consent.
